Vendor Partner Manager
The Vendor Partner Manager is responsible for managing Vivacity Tech’s relationships with our original equipment manufacturer (OEM) vendors. This role will be tasked with growing, executing and tracking Volume Incentive Rebate and Marketing and Development funds. This position will also be responsible for supporting vendor initiatives including, but not limited to, vendor training, meetings, and special events. A successful Vendor Partner Manager drives successful programs and provides return on investment detail and works to strengthen our partnerships with our OEM vendors.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
- Initial point of contact for OEM vendors
- Strategizing, establishing, launching, maintaining and reporting for vendor programs and initiatives
- Tracking VIR and MDF programs to ensure accurate reporting and timely payment of programs
- Speak on behalf of Vivacity Tech to our OEM partners
- Resolve issues between vendors and Vivacity Tech to ensure mutually beneficial business relationships
- Ensure Vivacity Tech is maintaining best in class trained Sales team
- Work closely with OEMs including HP, Lenovo, Acer, Rise K12, Google, etc to secure beneficial programs are in place to aid in growing Vivacity Tech’s business and visibility in the marketplace
- Assist vendors to work with customers including End-Users, Resellers, and Distributors to ensure maximum market penetration in all markets we serve
- Support Product Management teams including HP Navigator, Lenovo Champion, Rise K12, Google as needed
- Manage Sales In, Sales Out, Inventory and Pipeline reporting for OEM partners
- Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities in the marketplace
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
